Brownie Salted Caramel Mousse
Our first new chocolate cake offering in a while.....Crispy chocolate biscuit crust topped with salted caramel, velvet chocolate mousse studded with chocolate brownie (made in-house) and salted caramel. All cloaked in chocolate ganache.
